I am a Herbalist, Garden Designer, and Gardener, and my interests in herbal medicine have never been more aligned and complementary.
Holding a BSc (Hons) in Herbal Medicine from the University of Westminster, I have dedicated my career to the herbal medicine practice since my graduation. This passion led me to establish my phytotherapy clinic, Herbal Symbiosis, where I collaborate with clients on personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
My enthusiasm for plants and medicine-making has empowered me to treat patients from diverse backgrounds. Beyond individual consultations, I advocate for community outreach, educating both young and old on how to identify, cultivate, harvest, and create home remedies for minor illnesses safely.
I am proud to be one of the creators of the Ladywell Physic Garden, a legacy location at Ladywell Fields in Southeast London. After a fantastic experience promoting herbal medicine at the Royal Horticultural Society’s Sandringham Flower Show 2026, where I co-designed the first herbaceous border of the Ladywell Physic Garden with David Congram, we were honored to receive a silver-gilt medal for our long border featuring exclusively medicinal plants. This design competition not only highlighted our creativity but also showcased the public’s enthusiasm for the beauty and benefits of medicinal plants.

Consultations
1st Consultation
Duration: 1.5h
Price: £90
During our initial consultation, we will assess your overall health, focusing on the most pressing issue. We will also investigate your medical history and lifestyle factors. This will enable us to develop a comprehensive treatment plan to improve your health and well-being. Your plan may include a tincture or tea for the month, and while we primarily focus on internal remedies, ointments, creams, and oils may also be prescribed for external use.
We work in collaboration with other professionals in complementary and alternative medicine to ensure all aspects of your health are addressed by the appropriate specialist, including referring you to your GP for further investigations as needed.
Follow-up Consultation
Duration: 30 minutes
Price: £30
During the follow-up appointment, we will assess the effectiveness of your treatment plan, your response to it, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure your ongoing progress.
